Quick Start Guide

How to create an account

1Go to the Registration page from the login screen.
2Enter your National ID (10 digits), full name, and phone number.
3Select your hospital, department, and role.
4Click Register — you'll receive a verification email.
5After verifying, log in with your National ID and phone number.

How to view your schedule

1Log in to your dashboard.
2Click 'On-Call Directory' in the sidebar.
3Your upcoming shifts are highlighted in the calendar view.
4Filter by department or date to find specific shifts.

How to request a call trade

1Go to 'Call Trade' from the sidebar.
2Click 'Request Trade' on the shift you want to swap.
3Select the colleague you'd like to trade with.
4Add a reason and submit — the other person will be notified.
5Once approved, both schedules are updated automatically.

How to create an MDT request

1Navigate to 'MDT Requests' in the sidebar.
2Click 'New Request' and fill in patient details.
3Select the departments and specialists involved.
4Set the preferred date/time and submit.
5Track the request status from the MDT dashboard.

How to send department notifications

1Admin users: go to the Admin panel → Notifications.
2Select the target department or individual users.
3Write a title and message body.
4Click Send — push notifications are delivered instantly.
